Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza for a Sales Supervisor in the Real Estate sector. The Sales Supervisor will oversee and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, developing sales strategies, providing training and support to the team, and maintaining strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills to interpret market trends and improve sales performance Proven experience in Team Management and ability to lead and motivate a sales team effectively Exceptional Customer Service capability to build and maintain lasting client relationships Excellent Communication skills for clear and persuasive interactions with clients and team members Experience in Training and mentoring team members to enhance their performance Proficiency in using sales tools, CRM software, and reporting systems Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Previous experience in the real estate industry or sales supervision is an advantage
