Execute mass hiring strategies to meet fast-growing organizational needs. Analyze recruitment data and prepare performance reports to enhance hiring quality.
Are You the Right Fit? (Requirements):Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment. Proven track record in mass hiring. Mandatory experience in the education sector (schools / academies). Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
