Job Summary Responsible for managing client relationships, driving business growth, and overseeing credit and account management processes. The role ensures profitability, cross-selling, and delivery of bespoke financial solutions for a portfolio of clients.
Key Responsibilities Monitor client profitability, share of wallet, and cross-selling opportunities alongside Portfolio Managers (PMs). Complete credit memos and participate in credit committee discussions. Prepare account plans and actively contribute to round table discussions. Collaborate with Team Heads and PMs to structure customized client solutions. Conduct annual client reviews and identify areas for improvement. Guide and mentor analysts in day-to-day operational tasks, including credit memos and account plans. Manage client relationships for an allocated portfolio in coordination with the Team Leader. Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle, from pitching to contract negotiations, in collaboration with PMs. Identify new business opportunities, focusing on designated sectors to drive client acquisition. Maintain a deep understanding of client needs and provide tailored financial solutions.
Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business or a relevant field.4 to 6 years of relevant experience in banking, finance, or related roles. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Excellent attention to detail and ability to understand specific client needs. Effective mentoring and team collaboration skills. Knowledge of banking products including lending, cash management, FX, treasury, and investment banking. Understanding of credit risk policies and structuring of facilities. Awareness of economic, political, and business environments in the region. Proficient in relevant banking and office software tools. Fluent in written and spoken Arabic and English. Credit certification preferred. Ability to manage client portfolios and drive business growth. Capability to work collaboratively with PMs and analysts. Competence in handling complex client transactions and end-to-end sales processes.
