Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the Poles and Highmast Technical Office Section Head at Elradwan Company, located in 10th of Ramadan. The role involves overseeing technical operations related to poles and high mast projects, providing technical support, ensuring project deliverables are met within deadlines, and maintaining industry standards. The Section Head will manage a team, coordinate with other departments, and ensure quality control. Training and guiding team members, as well as handling communications with clients and stakeholders, will also be key responsibilities.

Strong Analytical Skills to assess, evaluate, and solve complex technical challenges Excellent Communication skills to effectively convey technical information and collaborate with teams and stakeholders Proficiency in Technical Support to address and resolve technical issues promptly Team Management and Training capabilities to lead and develop a high-performing technical team Comprehensive understanding of the poles and high mast industry, including applicable standards and practices A bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field Proficiency in relevant design and project management software is a plus Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to dynamic work environments
