Your Key Responsibilities:Integrated Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing plans for our portfolio of technical safety and security products, aligning with business objectives. Technical Content Creation: Produce compelling, accurate marketing content (catalogues, case studies, website copy, presentations) that translates technical specifications into clear benefits for engineers, contractors, and facility managers in both Arabic and English. Digital Leadership: Manage our full digital ecosystem. Drive SEO, execute targeted ad campaigns for lead generation, and grow our online presence as a thought leader in the industry. Brand Management: Ensure consistent and powerful messaging across all marketing channels and materials. Sales Enablement: Arm our sales and technical teams with effective tools, presentations, proposals, and competitive analyses to support project acquisition. Market Intelligence: Analyze the local market landscape, track trends and competitors, and identify new opportunities in key verticals such as Industrial, Marine, and Commercial sectors. Event & Campaign Execution: Plan and manage participation in industry exhibitions, technical seminars, and targeted product launch campaigns.
What You Bring to the Table (Qualifications):Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Engineering, or a related field.3-5 years of marketing experience in a B2B environment; experience in construction, engineering, industrial products, fire & security, or a related technical field is a significant advantage. Proven track record in digital marketing (SEO/SEM, social media advertising, email marketing) and content strategy. Fluent professional proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is essential. Strong ability to understand and communicate complex technical product information clearly and persuasively. Proficiency with marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ads platforms, CRM, content management systems). An analytical mindset, excellent project management skills, and a results-driven attitude.
