Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the solar energy field.
Strong knowledge of solar systems, solutions, and pricing for individual clients.
Proven experience in managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage sales activities targeting individual and residential clients.
Build, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Follow up on leads, clients, and solar projects from initial contact to project completion.
Coordinate with engineering, operations, and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to propose suitable solar solutions.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to company growth.
Required Skills:
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Excellent customer relationship management (CRM) skills.
Ability to prepare technical and commercial proposals.
Good understanding of solar project lifecycle.
