Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Giza, Egypt, for a Property Consultant. The Property Consultant will manage day-to-day customer interactions, provide professional guidance to clients on property acquisition and sales, and work with residential and commercial real estate opportunities. Responsibilities include prospecting, presenting properties to potential buyers and tenants, and facilitating negotiations. The role also involves delivering a high standard of customer service and maintaining positive client relationships to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and provide exemplary support Proficiency in Commercial and Residential Real Estate to provide informed recommendations and insights Experience and skills in Sales to manage deals and achieve targets Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team Proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering results Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred Knowledge of the local real estate market in Giza and surrounding areas will be an advantage
