Job Title: Outbound Tourism Sales Manager*Key Responsibilities*Lead and manage outbound tourism sales operations and revenue growth. Develop and execute sales strategies for international travel packages. Handle and oversee flight reservations, hotel bookings, visas, transfers, and tour services. Manage B2C and B2B clients, including corporate and individual travelers. Supervise the booking process to ensure accuracy, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Monitor sales performance, pipelines, and conversion rates. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management. Ensure compliance with Saudi tourism regulations and company policies.
*Required Qualifications*Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).5+ years of experience in outbound tourism sales or travel management. Strong knowledge of airline ticketing systems, hotel booking platforms, and travel operations. Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets. Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer relationship skills. Ability to manage multiple bookings and clients efficiently. Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage). Preferred Skills Experience working in Saudi Arabia or GCC tourism market. Familiarity with GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo). Strong understanding of international travel regulations and visa processes. Leadership and team management experience. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
