We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee project workflows from start to delivery. The role involves coordinating tasks, managing timelines and budgets, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining clear communication with clients and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within scope. Key Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for clients and respond to emails promptly and professionally. Confirm project requirements, align workflows, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure efficiency. Coordinate closely with the production team, including Project Managers and Vendor Managers, to ensure smooth execution. Develop and manage project plans with clear timelines and budgets. Maintain ongoing communication with clients and vendors, including progress updates, deadline confirmations, issue resolution, and change discussions. Oversee quality assurance processes by coordinating with linguists and vendors to ensure accuracy and compliance with client specifications. Prepare, review, and deliver project files on time while meeting quality standards. Manage and close purchase orders (POs) to ensure accurate documentation and billing. Build and maintain strong client relationships by addressing requests, providing solutions, and managing accounts. Identify opportunities to improve workflows, increase efficiency, and enhance quality. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.2–3 years of experience in a similar Project Management role. Excellent verbal and written English skills. Certification or solid knowledge in project planning, budgeting, risk management, or related areas. Advanced knowledge of CAT and QA tools. Good understanding of localization services such as MTPE, DTP,LE, Media, E-learning, and AI. Solid knowledge of localization engineering concepts.
