Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Specialist based in Giza. The Administrative Specialist will handle administrative tasks, manage documentation, provide customer service support, coordinate communications, and assist in finance-related activities. The candidate will contribute to the efficiency and smooth operation of the organization by ensuring all assigned tasks are managed effectively and accurately.
Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to address client needs and collaborate with internal teams. Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret data and resolve administrative challenges efficiently. Proficiency in Administrative Assistance, including document management, scheduling, and office operations. Basic understanding of Finance to support budgeting and expense tracking as needed. Attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in common office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
