As Egypt enters a major hospitality and high-end residential development cycle, Aquatop is expanding its projects and specification business and is seeking senior talent to lead this growth.



Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Projects Sales & Specification Manager to lead Aquatop’s projects business across hospitality, mixed-use, and high-end residential developments.
This is a strategic, specification-led role, not a retail or price-driven sales position.
You will work directly with the company partners and play a key role in building long-term brand penetration and consultant relationships in the Egyptian market.



Key Responsibilities

Lead projects sales across hospitality and premium residential developments Drive brand specifications and substitutions with consultants and designers Build and manage a structured projects pipeline Engage developers, consultants, and project stakeholders at senior level Position Aquatop’s brand portfolio strategically (Gessi, Kohler, etc.) Coordinate internally with design, technical, supply chain, and finance teams Mentor junior projects sales and specification engineers Protect brand positioning and commercial margins




Requirements

8–12 years experience in projects sales / specification (bathroom fittings, sanitary ware, MEP, luxury interiors, or architectural products) Strong consultant and developer network in Egypt Proven experience with specification and substitution Comfortable with long sales cycles and complex projects Commercially disciplined (not discount-driven) Confident, structured, and credible in front of senior stakeholders
