Responsibilities Leadership & Strategy:Develop and implement the BIM strategy aligned with organizational goals. Lead and mentor the BIM team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Project Management:Oversee BIM integration in all phases of project development, from conceptual design to construction. Ensure project teams are effectively utilizing BIM tools and methodologies. Technical Expertise:Stay updated on the latest BIM technologies and trends. Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks). Quality Control:Establish BIM standards and protocols to ensure consistency and quality across projects. Conduct regular audits of BIM deliverables to ensure compliance with industry standards. Collaboration:Collaborate with other disciplines (structural, MEP) to facilitate integrated project delivery. Engage with clients and stakeholders to communicate BIM benefits and project progress.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. Minimum [7] years of experience i Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, etc.) and other design tools. Strong understanding of building design, construction processes, and project management. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
