????Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented a " Process Quality Engineer " with the following qualifications to join our growing team in Egypt.
????Key Responsibilities· Managing and improving quality system (Internal, External Audits etc), developing quality improvement projects, etc.· Monitoring/Collecting/Analyzing supplier issues and performances· Managing and Reducing Cost of Poor Quality· Managing PPAP activates· Performing Internal System Audits
????Qualifications and Requirements· Bachelor's degree in engineering departments (preferably Mechanical & Industrial or Textile Engineering),· Minimum 3 years of experience in quality area of a manufacturing company preferably in automotive industry,· Knowledge of the quality standards for automotive industry (such as IATF 16949), · IATF 16949 internal auditor certificate is preferable, · Knowledge of basic Q-Tools (FMEA, SPC, CP, MSA, etc) and customer requirements (PPAP, APQP, VDA etc.),· Fluency in spoken and written English,· Good knowledge of MS Office programs,· Knowledge on Problem solving tools (6 Sigma, 8D, FTA, Ishikawa, 5why etc.),· Dynamic, team player, good communication skills, strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,· Driver's license and being an active driver,· Availability to travel and work with different locations,· No military obligation for male candidates.
