Job Description Customer Acquisition: Identify and onboard new customers and merchants in the assigned region Create strong business relationships and drive interest in Saint-Gobain Glass offerings Product Promotion: Promote the full product range to wholesalers and merchants Ensure clear understanding of product benefits and applications across categories Market Expansion: Activate new opportunities and regions for growth Participate in local promotions, product showcases, and brand awareness campaigns Sales Support: Collaborate with sales teams to align promotional efforts with commercial objectives Share market feedback and customer insights to refine strategies Job Requirements1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction materials or building products industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in an outdoor or field sales environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients. Experience in glass sales or building materials Strong interpersonal and communication skills Familiarity with regional wholesale and merchant networks Energy and drive to expand market presence and capture new opportunities Self-motivated and results-driven, with excellent organizational and time management abilities. Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territories and conduct regular site visits. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
