We are hiring HR Generalist to join our team. Location: 10th of Ramadan Industry: Manufacturing
Job Summary:The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, contributing to OD initiatives, supporting personnel affairs, and handling various HR administrative tasks to ensure smooth and effective HR operations.
Responsibilities:Manage the full recruitment cycle from manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, to hiring Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees Support Organizational Development (OD) activities, including job descriptions, organizational structure, and performance management processes Assist in personnel affairs, including attendance, leaves, contracts, social insurance, and maintaining employee files Handle HR documentation and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality Support HR policies, procedures, and ensure compliance with labor laws Assist in administrative HR tasks and day-to-day operations Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and support positive employee relations Prepare HR reports and provide support to management when required
Requirement:Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role Good knowledge of recruitment processes, OD concepts, and personnel affairs Solid understanding of labor law and HR best practices Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Very good in English. Proficiency in MS Office
