  • Review and approve client POs, scope, costing, payment terms, and risks in coordination with Finance.
  • Create and manage project plans, milestones, and tasks .
  • Lead cross-functional coordination between Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Production, QA, Logistics, Finance, After-Sales, and KSA Operations.
  • Monitor project progress, control schedule and cost, and approve adjustments within authority.
  • Act as the sole communication channel between Egypt and KSA teams.
  • Issue regular project status reports and ensure proper documentation.
  • Oversee FAT, delivery, installation, SAT, invoicing, and payment collection.
  • Lead project closure and lessons learned activities.
