Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Travel Agent (UK & US Airline), based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The Travel Agent will handle reservations, provide stellar customer service, and assist with travel arrangements and car rentals. Additionally, the role involves managing sales inquiries and ensuring a seamless booking experience for clients. The successful candidate will provide expert support to meet customer travel needs efficiently and professionally.

Qualifications

Proficiency in handling Reservations and Travel Arrangements Strong Customer Service skills and a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences Experience with Car Rental services and assisting customers with relevant options Sales abilities to promote travel-related packages and services Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment Fluent English Speakers B2/C1 Flexible with rotational shifts including night & overnight shifts Flexibility and adaptability to meet various client demands
