Job Purpose To coordinate and manage daily logistics activities, including transportation, delivery scheduling, and documentation, ensuring smooth flow of materials and finished goods in alignment with company standards and operational requirements. Key Duties & Responsibilities Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and finished products. Arrange transportation with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to meet delivery schedules. Prepare, review, and maintain logistics documents such as delivery notes, invoices, and shipping records. Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve delays, damages, or delivery issues. Coordinate with warehouses, production, and sales teams to align logistics plans with operational needs. Track inventory movement and ensure accurate records in coordination with warehouse teams. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and logistics procedures. Analyze logistics performance and prepare regular reports for management review. Support cost control initiatives by optimizing transportation routes and logistics processes. Maintain effective communication with service providers and internal stakeholders. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or a relevant field. Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role. Good knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and logistics operations. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Good command of MS Office; ERP system experience is a plus.
