Job Description We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our office. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming atmosphere for visitors while efficiently managing front desk operations and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily office functions. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors, clients, and business partners in a courteous and professional manner Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and reception area Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence Support basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective communication Ability to manage business travel arrangements, including flight tickets and accommodation Requirements Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar role preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar office tools Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification is a plus
