Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Control Lead located in Giza. The Quality Control Lead will oversee and manage quality control processes, implement quality assurance protocols, and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Daily responsibilities include conducting quality audits, monitoring systems to maintain product and service standards, and working closely with teams to implement quality improvements. Collaboration with different departments to ensure consistent quality measures and reporting on quality metrics are key aspects of the role.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, communications, or a related field.3-7 years of experience in sales quality assurance, call center quality analysis, or a similar role. Strong understanding of sales processes, customer service standards, and quality assurance methodologies. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective feedback and coaching. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and process improvement. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using quality monitoring tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Good in English, both written and verbal.
