???? Responsibilities:Oversee daily inbound & outbound operations. Lead and guide the team (drivers, sorters, dispatchers). Ensure accurate scanning, sorting, and dispatching of shipments. Handle shipment issues (returns, held orders, missing/damaged). Prepare daily reports on productivity and performance. Manage packaging materials and hub inventory. Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance within the hub. Coordinate with Operations, COD, Customer Service, and Linehaul teams.
???? Requirements:1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or hub/warehouse roles. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.
