Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Academic Advisor / Educational Consultant – Study Abroad to join our on-site team in Giza, Egypt. This role is ideal for professionals currently working as Academic Advisors, Education Counselors, Educational Consultants, or Admissions Officers within international education consultancies. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding students through their study abroad journey, from academic advising and program selection to managing university admissions and final enrollment. Key Responsibilities Provide personalized academic advising to students seeking to study abroad Assess students’ academic backgrounds, career goals, and eligibility for international programs Guide students in selecting suitable universities, academic programs, and study destinations (UK, Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, and more) Manage the full admissions process, including application review, documentation, submission, and follow-up Communicate effectively with students, parents, and partner institutions Follow up on inquiries and convert qualified leads into successful enrollments Maintain accurate student records and application progress reports Stay up to date with international education systems, admission requirements, and deadlines Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience as an Academic Advisor, Educational Consultant, Education Counselor, or Study Abroad Advisor Strong knowledge of international education systems and university admission procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple student cases and meet deadlines Strong advising, follow-up, and closing skills Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or a related field What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Performance-based incentives Professional and supportive work environment Clear career growth and advancement opportunities Continuous training and professional development Work Location????
