Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets. Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure optimal performance. Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients and corporate partners. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge. Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional campaigns and events. Provide regular reports and sales forecasts to management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in sales management, preferably in fitness, hospitality, or service industries.
