???? Job Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed shop drawings and determine the required materials (wood, metal, hardware, paints, fabrics, etc.).

Create accurate cutting lists and production documents.

Convert approved designs into clear production processes.

Coordinate closely with Production, Warehouse, Procurement, Sales, and Operations teams.

Manage project documentation (B. O. Q, P. O, approvals) and ensure proper distribution to all relevant departments.

Prepare orders forms for both metal and woodwork.

Represent the company professionally in technical meetings and presentations.

Follow up on all project phases and provide operations status reports.

???? Requirements:

Bachelor of Applied Arts / Fine Arts / Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Technical Office Engineer in Furniture or Woodworks factories.


Strong proficiency in:

Auto CAD

Sketch Up

Cut List / Max Cut

Shop drawings

Quantity surveying & Cost analysis

MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)


Good knowledge of furniture manufacturing processes and materials.
