Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Junior Sales Representative based in Qesm 2nd 6 October. The Junior Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, addressing their needs, and providing appropriate product or service solutions. Responsibilities include assisting in managing accounts, coordinating with different teams, and gaining product knowledge to effectively present and promote solutions to clients. Additionally, the role requires contributing to sales strategies and participating in relevant training to grow sales skills and performance.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs Sales experience and skills, including identifying opportunities, presenting solutions, and closing deals Understanding of Sales Management principles and ability to collaborate with team members to achieve targets Willingness to participate in Training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques Proactive approach, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Prior experience in construction, contracting, or interior design industries would be an advantage
