Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The Recruitment Specialist will handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates to meet organizational needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, onboarding new hires, coordinating with departments to meet staffing needs, and assisting in employee training programs to support organizational goals.

Qualifications Expertise in Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing processes Strong Communication skills to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders Experience in coordinating and conducting Training programs Ability to manage time effectively and work collaboratively with different teams Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Previous experience in the recruitment field is highly preferred
