We're Hiring: Senior HR Generalist
We’re looking for an HR Generalist to join our team and handle end-to-end HR functions, with strong hands-on experience across all HR areas and a primary focus on Talent Acquisition. This role is ideal for someone who understands the full HR cycle but truly excels in hiring the right talent and building strong teams.
Key Responsibilities:Lead Talent Acquisition activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Manage the full recruitment cycle and support workforce planning. Handle day-to-day HR operations (attendance, leaves, personnel files). Support employee onboarding, engagement, and retention. Assist in performance management and employee relations. Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws. Prepare HR reports and provide support to management.
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.2–4 years of experience as an HR Generalist. Solid experience across all HR functions. Strong and proven expertise in Talent Acquisition is a must. Good understanding of labor law and HR best practices. Strong communication and organizational skills.
