Key Responsibilities
1. Supply Chain Planning Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with company objectives Plan material requirements based on production plans and sales forecasts Ensure availability of raw materials and spare parts without overstocking2. Procurement & Supplier Management Manage purchasing activities and approve purchase orders Select, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers Ensure cost optimization, quality standards, and timely deliveries Maintain approved supplier lists and alternative suppliers3. Inventory & Warehouse Management Oversee warehouse operations at the factory Reduce slow-moving and obsolete inventory Conduct periodic stock audits and reconciliations4. Logistics & Distribution Manage inbound and outbound logistics between suppliers, factory, and customers Coordinate transportation schedules between October City and Beni Suef Optimize logistics costs and delivery performance5. Systems & Reporting Use ERP systems (preferably SAP) for all supply chain transactions Prepare regular reports on inventory, purchasing, and supplier performance Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives6. Leadership & Coordination Lead and develop the supply chain team Act as the main coordination point between Head Office and Factory Work closely with production, sales, finance, and quality departments Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Inventory turnover rate Stock accuracy Supplier on-time delivery Procurement cost savings Material availability for production
Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 8–10 years of experience in supply chain management (manufacturing background is required) Strong experience in procurement, inventory, and logistics operations ERP system experience is mandatory (SAP preferred) Additional Requirements Must be a resident of Giza or nearby areas Ability to travel frequently between October City and Beni Suef Strong leadership, planning, and negotiation skills Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines
