Role Description This full-time Quantity Surveyor role is an on-site position located in Qesm 2nd 6 October. We are looking for a Quantity Surveying Engineer to join our team and support ongoing projects with strong cost control and commercial management skills.
Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly progress invoices and interim payment certificates • Monitor project costs and ensure alignment with approved budgets • Prepare cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and cost-to-complete reports • Evaluate variations, claims, and change orders • Coordinate with site, planning, and procurement teams to track quantities and costs • Assist in final accounts preparation and commercial close-out
Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying or equivalent • Proven experience in invoicing, cost management, and cost reporting • Strong knowledge of BOQs, contracts, and measurement methods • Proficient in MS Excel, Auto CAD and cost control tools • Good communication and coordination skills
