We are currently hiring an Application Support Lead in Ain Sokhna, Suez, Egypt for a global leader in supply chain services, infrastructure, and innovation with 45,000+ employees across six continents, a multi-business operator and investor.
Job Scope:We are looking for an experienced Application Support Lead to ensure the stability and performance of critical applications. You will manage Level 1 & 2 support, handle incidents per ITIL standards, and work closely with Development, Dev Ops, Infrastructure, and Security teams to maintain continuous service and compliance.
Job Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s is a plus)• 8+ years in application support or system administration, including 4+ years in leadership• Strong experience with ITIL Incident & Problem Management• Knowledge of SQL, enterprise monitoring tools, and support platforms• Experience with Service Now, JIRA, or similar tools• Understanding of API integrations, networking, and security protocols• ITIL certification is preferred
