Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Real Estate Sales Representative located in Qesm 2nd 6 October. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, guiding clients through property transactions, and building and maintaining strong relationships with potential buyers and investors. The representative will be responsible for marketing and promoting available properties, conducting property viewings, and advising clients on market conditions and trends. Additional responsibilities include negotiating sales agreements, preparing contracts, and ensuring a smooth and transparent sales process.

Qualifications

Proven experience and knowledge in Real Property and Real Estate with a valid Real Estate License Strong Sales and negotiation abilities Outstanding Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction and communication Understanding of real estate market trends and regulations Proficiency in handling property management and sales software is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
