  • Oversee and optimize daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
  • Develop, implement, and refine manufacturing processes to improve productivity and reduce waste.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, quality assurance, and maintenance to resolve production issues.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for process improvement.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of production procedures and process changes.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout the production floor.
  • Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate timely repairs or maintenance.
  • Support the introduction of new products and technologies into the production environment.
  • Train and mentor production staff on best practices and process enhancements.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma projects.
