If you love analyzing numbers, testing ideas, and turning insights into strong performance — you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do:Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms. Track daily performance and ensure campaigns are meeting KPIs. Allocate budget efficiently and adjust spending based on results. Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and placements. Prepare clear reports showing insights, outcomes, and recommendations. Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with brand objectives. Stay updated on digital marketing trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.2–4 years of experience as a Media Buyer or in paid ads. Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable results. Good command of English. Preferably has experience in e-commerce, fashion, jewelry, perfumes, or luxury retail.
