This role is designed for senior-level professionals only and is not suitable for junior or mid-level candidates. The successful candidate will have full ownership and accountability for marketing strategy, execution, performance, and team leadership, with a direct impact on company growth and market positioning. Core Responsibilities (Non-Negotiable):Full leadership of the Marketing, Advertising, and Promotion Department with complete accountability for results. Develop, own, and execute strategic marketing plans (short-term & long-term) aligned with business objectives. Convert company goals into clear marketing roadmaps, KPIs, and execution frameworks. Plan, manage, and optimize high-impact advertising campaigns with measurable ROI. Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and deliver executive-level performance reports. Take corrective and strategic actions when targets are not achieved. Ensure brand consistency and positioning across all channels and departments. Conduct deep market research and competitor analysis and translate insights into actionable strategies. Lead customer acquisition, brand growth, and market expansion initiatives. Oversee marketing projects end-to-end with full responsibility for quality, budget, and deadlines. Build, lead, evaluate, and continuously develop a high-performing marketing team. Act as the main marketing decision-maker and strategic advisor to top management. Strict Requirements:Minimum 7 years of professional experience in Marketing, Advertising, and Brand Management. Proven senior-level leadership experience managing teams and departments. Strong strategic planning skills with hands-on execution ability.
