Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing assistance and support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. You will act as the face of the company, playing a key role in fostering strong customer relationships.
Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction. Understanding of Customer Experience and ability to contribute to enhancing it. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and other applicable languages. Ability to work effectively on-site in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid as part of a collaborative team. High level of empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills to address customer needs. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required. Proficient in basic computer skills and customer relationship management tools is a plus.
