Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end flight reservation processes using Advanced Amadeus systems, including booking, ticketing, reissuing, refunds, PNR modifications, and accurate fare calculations. Ensure smooth travel operations, deliver high-quality customer support, and maintain full compliance with airline policies and GDS standards. Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in an FFT role. Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or a related field. Strong communication skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities.
