Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a HR Recruiter, located in Ismailia. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for overseeing recruitment activities, such as sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various positions. They will develop and maintain recruitment strategies, build strong talent pipelines, coordinate with department managers, and ensure hiring processes align with organizational goals. The role also includes tracking recruitment metrics and maintaining positive candidate experiences to uphold Velocity Egypt's commitment to its employees.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in talent acquisition, resume screening, and candidate sourcing Proficiency in recruitment techniques, such as interview scheduling, candidate assessment, and onboarding strategies Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices in recruitment Effective communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and prioritize tasks efficiently Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or similar recruitment software Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred Previous experience in the textiles or garment production industry is a plus
