???? Open Role:

Senior HR Operations Specialist

(3–5 years of experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle all HR operations activities including personnel, contracts, attendance, and employee records.

Ensure full compliance with labor law, social insurance, and company regulations.

Manage onboarding and offboarding processes professionally with accurate documentation.

Prepare payroll inputs and coordinate with Finance for monthly salary finalization.

Prepare periodic HR reports (headcount, turnover, leave balance, etc.) for management.

Support internal audits and ensure documentation readiness.

Provide guidance to employees regarding policies, procedures, and general inquiries.

Collaborate with HR team to support performance management and employee relations.

Requirements:

Ability to join immediately (Must)

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word

Previous experience in Furniture Manufacturing industry is a strong plus

Strong understanding of labor law, social insurance, and HR operations cycle
