We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to align HR initiatives with business objectives. The HRBP will serve as a consultant to management on human resources-related issues, acting as an employee champion and change agent. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and a deep understanding of business goals to drive HR strategies that support organizational success. Key Responsibilities Partner with business leaders to understand strategic goals and provide HR guidance and solutions Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development Drive talent management initiatives including succession planning, workforce planning, and leadership development Support recruitment and onboarding strategies aligned with departmental needs Analyze HR metrics and trends to develop solutions, programs, and policies Facilitate change management initiatives and support business transformation efforts Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (e.g., Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development) to deliver integrated HR solutions Mediate and resolve complex employee issues, ensuring fairness and consistency Identify training needs and support employee development programs Requirements Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR role Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus) Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices Excellent interpersonal and consulting skills Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities High level of discretion and confidentiality Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
