Supervise the execution of the purchasing plan and ensure all departments’ and sites’ needs are met on time and according to approved standards. Manage and monitor procurement and storage activities in line with company policies and procedures. Negotiate with suppliers and contractors to secure the best prices and quality. Maintain and regularly update the supplier database to ensure variety and competitiveness. Review purchase invoices and verify their accuracy against purchase orders and contracts. Prepare periodic reports on departmental performance, expenses, and inventory levels. Lead and develop the purchasing and stores team to ensure operational efficiency.???? Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.5–7 years of experience in purchasing and stores management, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills. Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
