Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales role based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The primary responsibilities include building strong client relationships, guiding clients through the property buying and leasing process, and conducting property viewings. The role focuses on understanding client needs, coordinating property transactions, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional duties may include market research, liaising with property owners, and maintaining an updated knowledge of real estate trends in the local market.

Qualifications

Possession of a valid Real Estate License Strong skills in Customer Service to effectively communicate and build client relationships Experience and knowledge in Real Estate, including sales techniques and real property laws and regulations Proficiency in Sales and negotiation Self-motivated with strong organizational skills Proficiency in market research and understanding of local real estate trends is a plus

Work Location: Elsheikh Zayed
Working Days: 6 days, Saturday to Thursday.
