Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist based in Ismailia. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing and executing recruitment processes, including sourcing suitable candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring efforts to meet the organization’s staffing needs. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers, creating job descriptions, and implementing effective hiring strategies. The Recruitment Specialist will also support the onboarding and training of new employees to ensure a smooth integration into the team.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting top talent for various roles Strong Interviewing and screening skills Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written Experience in planning and conducting Training sessions for new employees Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal teams Knowledge of industry-based recruitment trends and best practices Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
