Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Foreign Purchasing Manager, based in Markaz Qowesna. The Foreign Purchasing Manager will be responsible for sourcing and procuring materials, goods, and services from international suppliers. The role involves negotiating contracts, managing supplier relationships, monitoring market trends, ensuring timely delivery of goods, and maintaining compliance with regulations related to international trade. Coordination with internal teams to align procurement with organizational requirements will also be a key responsibility.
Qualifications
Proficiency in procurement, supplier negotiation, and vendor management practices Knowledge of international trade regulations, import/export documentation, and customs requirements Strong analytical and organizational skills for supply chain management and cost analysis Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with internal teams and external suppliers Fluency in English; additional foreign language proficiency is an advantage Proficiency in procurement and inventory management software Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field Prior experience in foreign procurement and sourcing, ideally in the Middle East region
