Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Agent located in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. Responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, providing effective support to resolve issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The Call Center Agent will also document interactions and maintain accurate records while adhering to company policies and protocols. We need confirmation team.
Qualifications Strong customer service and customer support skills to address concerns and inquiries effectively Exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and maintain positive interactions Proficiency in computer literacy, including the use of call center systems and basic office software A focus on achieving customer satisfaction through problem-solving and empathetic communication Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently Prior experience in a call center or customer-facing role is an advantage
