Role Description
This is a 1 on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Giza. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying customer needs, providing detailed product knowledge, and guiding them through the purchasing journey. Regular tasks include maintaining professional customer relationships, addressing inquiries, negotiating terms, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with the sales team and management to optimize the sales process and support the company's strategic objectives.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients effectively and ensure client satisfaction Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to meet and exceed targets Training skills to assist in coaching and supporting team members in achieving their goals Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Proficiency in using CRM software or sales tools is a plus A bachelor���s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous Experience in the automotive industry is an
