- Oversee all daily hotel operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning across all departments.

- Coordinate with the diving center and other amenities to enhance the overall guest experience.

1-2 years of proven experience in hotel management or a related hospitality role.Strong leadership and team management abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.Solid understanding of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and food & beverage.Proficiency in budgeting, financial management, and cost control.Familiarity with health, safety, and legal compliance in hospitality.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
