Data Analyst

  • Design research methodologies and analytical frameworks to address key business objectives and gather relevant insights.
  • Conduct market research including competitor analysis, customer surveys, and industry trend monitoring.
  • Develop interactive dashboards and visual reports using Power BI and Excel to track key performance indicators and market dynamics.
  • Monitor competitor strategies and market positioning to identify business opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct profitability analysis to guide decision-making related to pricing, product offerings, and operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand customer needs and deliver insights that enhance customer experience.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports, PowerPoint presentations, and dashboards to senior management, translating complex data into clear business recommendations.
  • Carry out segmentation analysis to identify and target high-value customer segments.
  • Build forecasts and demand projections based on data trends and economic factors to support resource planning.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.3 to 5 years in a data analysis, business intelligence, or market research role.Technical skills: Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPointSolid understanding of data analysis methodologies and statistical toolsInterpersonal skills: Excellent communication and presentation skillsStrong analytical thinking and attention to detailAbility to work cross-functionally and interact with customersFluency in English (both written and spoken) is a mustSheikh Zayed, 6th of October and Giza residents are preferable.
