Job Purpose
To provide on time technical application support and problem solving during all operational hours
to ensure healthy environment of the supported systems and uninterrupted smooth business
operations.
Report To Position Name
• Ensure that supported Applications are up and running 24/7.
• Ensure that applications are closely monitored.
• Provide proactive support to avoid application issues.
• Review Applications KPIs for any room for enhancement.
• Handle Global issues related to supported applications.
• Perform on-call duties.
