Key Responsibilities:
- Find suppliers, get quotes, and process purchase orders.
- Ensure goods and services are purchased on time and effectively.
- Keep accurate records of contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Monitor stock levels and request new orders when needed.
- Manage transportation, storage, and distribution of goods.
- Work with shipping companies to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Collaborate with legal and business teams to meet contract obligations.
- Stay updated on market trends and regulations.
- Coordinate with teams to plan maintenance
- Oversee maintenance budgets, track spending, and save costs.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, including work orders and equipment inventory.
- Ensure safety regulations are followed and create a safe working environment for the maintenance team.
Qualifications:
- 5 - 7 Years of experience as a Operation Coordinator
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Very good English communication skills
