Operation Coordinator

Egybell is hiring a Operation Coordinator for a leading company located in Maddi


Key Responsibilities:


  • Find suppliers, get quotes, and process purchase orders.
  • Ensure goods and services are purchased on time and effectively.
  • Keep accurate records of contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.
  • Monitor stock levels and request new orders when needed.
  • Manage transportation, storage, and distribution of goods.
  • Work with shipping companies to ensure smooth logistics operations.
  • Collaborate with legal and business teams to meet contract obligations.
  • Stay updated on market trends and regulations.
  • Coordinate with teams to plan maintenance
  • Oversee maintenance budgets, track spending, and save costs.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, including work orders and equipment inventory.
  • Ensure safety regulations are followed and create a safe working environment for the maintenance team.


Qualifications:

  • 5 - 7 Years of experience as a Operation Coordinator
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Very good English communication skills
