Job title: Technical Office Engineer
Arch.: Architecture Engineer
Conditions:
Experience: 5 - 7 Years.
Job description:
* Prepare shop drawings & as-built drawings.
* Prepare sub-Contractor invoices.
•Quantity surveying for all items and shop drawing for reinforcement and finishing work.
•Prepare BOQ
Qualifications:
- B.Sc. in engineering Arch. Or applied arts
- Other Skills:
- Communication skills, Good Computer skills and command of relevant applications (AutoCAD, Shop drawing, MS Office … etc)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
- Ability to read and interpret design plans and technical drawings.
- Experience in wood and metal working techniques, including cutting, shaping, and joining materials.
- Knowledge of sheet metal engineering principles and techniques.
- Ability to prepare material lists and cost estimates.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Languages: good in English
